Paws back office provides all required documentation for your pet's travel, tailored to the destination's specific import regulations.
Our driver or guardian picks up your pet with care — cuddles and hugs are always included where permitted.
For outbound flights, your Paws guardian stays with your pet through the entire security and check-in process and will not leave until your pet is cleared for flight.
Paws guardian and back office notify you the moment your pet is checked in, then confirm safe arrival at the destination.
In selected cities, a Paws guardian picks up your pet at arrival and safely delivers them to the final drop-off location.
