The animal pet has been vaccinated or revaccinated against rabies by using registered inactivated vaccine containing minimum one antigen unit per dose (WHO standard) or a recombinant vaccine expressing the immunising glycoprotein of the rabies virus in a live virus vector and that 21 days have passed since the vaccination, in case of the first vaccination against rabies.

The animal pet have been subjected to antibody titre testing of blood serum for titre of specific neutralizing antibodies against rabies virus, where limit titre is minimum 0,5 IU/ml , in laboratory authorized by European Union, at least 30 days subsequent to vaccination and three months before exportation, however, testing of the blood serum should not be repeated in case of animals which have been regularly re-vaccinated after the last titration in intervals as determined in the instruction of the vaccine manufacturer, and in case of repeated importation of animal pets, the fact of blood serum testing is confirmed by passport.
