Garuda accepts pets as excess baggage on domestic Indonesian routes of ≤2 hours with no transit stop, maximum 32 kg combined. Pets over 32 kg must travel as manifested cargo. Bali (DPS) is excluded — it is a rabies-free zone with strict import prohibition.
