The Estimate — Your consultant provides a clear price estimate, explains all charges, and answers your questions so you can make informed decisions.
Booking — Your consultant confirms moving details in writing, provides a Transit Time Guide, coordinates packing and delivery schedules, and signs a Quality Assurance Certificate with you.
Packing — Professional packers prepare your goods safely and swiftly using trained staff and high-quality materials. If you prefer to pack yourself, we provide expert tips and professional materials.
Professional Van Operator — A highly trained operator manages the crew on moving day, ensuring your possessions are safely loaded, transported, and unloaded.
Loading Day — Your home is protected with padding, floor runners, plastic wrap, and blankets during loading. The truck is weighed before and after to determine shipment weight.
Transit — Choose the right Transit Protection Plan for your needs and receive regular updates while your belongings are en route.
Delivery & Unpacking — You will be contacted at least 24 hours before delivery. The crew places furniture and cartons in designated rooms, reassembles beds, unrolls rugs, and removes all packing materials.
