A moving consultant will survey your home, either in-person or virtrually, to understand your needs, provide an accurate estimate, and explain moving process and Essential Service Guarantee.
2. The Estimate
After the survey, your moving consultant will provide an accurate price estimate, explain all charges, and answer any questions to help you make informed decisions.
3. Booking
Your moving consultant will explain the Essential Services, provide a written confirmation of your moving details and Transit Time Guide, coordinate packing and delivery schedules, and sign a Quality Assurance Certificate with you to ensure a smooth move.
4. Packing
A packing service prepares your goods safely and swiftly for worry-free shipping, using trained packers and professional materials. If you pack yourself, we provide expert tips and high-quality materials at a reasonable cost.
5. Professional VanĀ Operator
A professional van operator, a highly trained and experienced professional, will manage the crew on moving day, ensuring your possessions are safely loaded, transported, and unloaded.
6. Loading Day
Your van operator will protect your home padding, floor runners, plastic wrap, and blankets during loading, and use special mattress bags. The truck will be weighed before and after loading to determine the shipment weight, with charges adjusted for any added items.

8. Delivery &Ā Unpacking
You will be contacted at least 24 hours before delivery. Upon arrival, they will provide an Inventory Check-off List to confirm all items are delivered. A delivery crew will place furniture and cartons in designated rooms, unroll rugs, reassemble beds, and remove packing materials and debris.
